Dear Users, We are announcing that the service for ALTAVA Worlds Of You will be discontinued on April 30, 2026.

[Termination Schedule] Announcement & Payment Block: March 10, 2026 (In-app purchases will be disabled immediately). Service Termination: April 30, 2026.

[Refund Policy for Unused Paid Credits(Purple Diamond)] Refunds are only available for unused Purple DIA that have been purchased but not yet consumed within the service. Please ensure you complete your refund request before the service ends on April 30.

Google Play Users: Submit your 17-digit Order Number (GPA.0000-...) via [Settings] > [Help] > [Contact Us] or email hello@altava.com. Apple App Store Users: As per Apple’s policy, we cannot process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for assistance.

[Data Retention Notice] In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, your payment records and records regarding contract or withdrawal of subscription will be securely retained for five (5) years after service termination to handle potential disputes and legal obligations.
